Parastatallinnassa.com on yksi suosituimmista Tallinnan matkailuun liittyvistä verkkosivustoista ja sosiaalisen median kanavista. Sivuston taustalla on suomalaisomisteinen yritys City Breaks OU Tallinnassa.
Haluamme tiedottaa sivustoomme ja sen taustayhtiöön liittyvistä asioista, jotka vaikuttavat sivustomme toimivuuteen sekä sosiaalisen median kanaviimme tällä hetkellä.
Tietoomme on tullut, että yksi sivuston omistajista ja vastuullisessa asemassa ollut Terhi Kärkinen on toimillaan aiheuttanut merkittävää haittaa sivustolle ja sen sosiaalisen median kanaville, yhdssä sivuston teknisestä ylläpidosta vastanneen Khurram Pervez Buttin kanssa.
Hyödyntämällä asemaansa yhtiön osakkaana ja sitä kautta saamillaan käyttäjäoikeuksilla Parastatallinnassa.com sekä sen sosiaalisen median kanavissa, ovat Terhi Kärkinen ja Khurram Pervez Butt eliminoineet muiden yhtiön jäsenten, hallituksen sekä omistajien pääsyn sivuston sekä sosiaalisen median kanavien hallintaan. Sivustoja ylläpitävä yritys City Breaks OÜ:n hallitus on vaatinut pääsyä näiden hallintaan Terhi Kärkiseltä sekä Khurram Pervez Buttilta niin kirjallisesti, asianajan välityksellä kuin rikosilmoituksella Tallinnan poliisilaitoksen cyber- ja talousrikosten osastolle.
City Breaks OU:n johdolla ja hallituksella ei ole ollut pääsyä yrityksen perustamalle Parasta Tallinnassa -Facebook- ja Instagram tileille, vaan käyttäjäoikeudet on evätty Terhi Kärkisen toimesta. Näillä sosiaalisen median tileillä on ollut yhteensä lähes 15.000 seuraajaa.
Tammikuussa 2024 olemme huomanneet ja saaneet yhteydenottoja liittyen siihen, että Parasta Tallinnassa sosiaalisen median tilit ovat vaihtaneet nimensä Terhi Kärkisen ylläpitämän uuden sivuston ”Matkalla Tallinnassa” -nimisiksi. Yrityksellämme ei ole mitään tekemistä tämän sivuston kanssa.
Tämän lisäksi ovat edellä mainitut henkilöt aiheuttaneet sivuston toiminnalle haittaa sen toiminnallisuuden ja ulkoasun osalta, sekä poistaneet merkittävän osan sivuston sisälllöstä. Tätä sisältöä on käytetty Terhi Kärkisen omistaman Vieno OÜ:n uudella sivustolla ”Matkalla Tallinnassa”. Lisäksi sivustollemme on asetettu teknisiä komentoja, joilla on pyritty estämään sivustomme näkyvyys hakukoneissa sekä ohjaamaan sivuston liikenne Terhi Kärkisen uudelle sivustolle.
Pidämme näitä tekoja raskaina sekä valitettavina sivustoamme ja sen lukijoita ja yhteistyökumppaneita kohtaan. Teemme parhaamme sivustomme toiminnan palauttamaksi entiselle tasolleen sekä kaapattujen sosiaalisen median tiliemme takaisin saamiseksi juridisin keinoin.
