Tallinnassa sijaitsevan Örreken työpajoissa pääsee valmistamaan itse vaikka mitä. Keittiöpajoissa valmistuvat niin yrttiteet, marsipaani kuin herkulliset tryffelitkin. Tryffelityöpajassa käytetään täyteläistä tummaa suklaata, kylmäkuivattua marjajauhetta ja tietenkin koristeita oman maun mukaan. Valmistuksen lomassa opitaan myös suklaan alkuperästä ja historiasta, reilusta kaupasta ja kaakaontuotantoon liittyvistä ongelmista.
Pajan päätteeksi jokainen saa kotiinviemisiksi itse valmistamiaan tryffeleitä. Työpajoihin on hauska osallistua suuremmalla porukalla, vaikka perheen tai ystävien kanssa.
